Life Christian’s junior team dominates MCL

Life Christian’s Junior Division Academic Team continued their dominance of the Midstates Christian League.Academic competition last Friday, topping Ottawa’s Bethel Christian, 60.5 to 31.5 for the league championship.

Chapter BT hears about South African trip

A special program about South Africa was presented by Vicki O’Neal at the Chapter BT of P.E.O. International meeting at 6 p.m. March 17, in Fellowship Hall of the United Methodist Church in Baxter Springs.

A ribbon cutting celebrating the new Baxter Springs office of Riggs Chiropractic was held by the Baxter Springs Chamber of Commerce. Visitors were treated to a tour of the newly remodeled facility and a luncheon.
