In a plea bargain Monday, John D. Naugle II, 44, Riverton pleaded guilty to unlawfully possessing a firearm and possessing a controlled substance.
Under the terms of the plea bargain, each count would incur a four-year suspended sentence.
Judge Crane accepted the plea deal and Naugle was given five year’s probation.
The charges stem from traffic stops in 2020....
