With the combines in the field and the grain trucks on the highways, it is obvious the wheat harvest in Cherokee County is underway.
According to the Farmer’s Coop General Manager Matt Case some test loads came in last week and the full loads are starting.
“The wheat looks good, we don’t know yet about the yield,” said Case.
