Alexander Owen Barnes, 49, was arrested Saturday by Chetopa Police officers on charges of possession of marijuana, use or possess drug paraphernalia for use in the human body, possess opiates, opium, narcotic drug or certain stimulant and six counts of failure to appear and is being held without bail.
