“Outstanding Alumni 4-H’er for the 2020-2021 year, Raven Elmore, has done an amazing job as a 4-H leader,” said 4-H Council President Parker Neeley. “She built up the largest 4-H club right now in Cherokee County.” She is a third generation 4-H member and has been in a leader role for over 10 years.
