Titan Powerlifters in virtual meets

The Columbus Titan Powerlifting Team had four athletes participate in the Third Annual Pratt Powerlifting virtual meet, Saturday, January 31. The event hosted 19 schools with over 200 athletes registered.

The Lady Bulldogs overcame a 15-point deficit with a 20-2 fourth quarter dominance of the visiting Lady Titans to earn a comefrom-behind win, 41-38, in their season finale on their home court Friday.Both teams were sluggish scoring four points each in the first quarter.

Lady Trotters qualify for state tourney

The Columbus Fifth Grade Girls Basketball Team is headed to the 2026 Kansas Middle School State Championship Friday through Sunday in Kansas City. The Lady Trotters are comprised of Columbus Elementary Students who have played with the local recreation league and beyond for three years.
The Columbus Titan Wrestling Team captured the Kansas Class 4A Regional C Runner-up plaque in Paola, Saturday. Three Titans came away with regional champion titles and three placed third to advance to the state tournament. Titans Class 4A Regional C Runner-up

The Columbus Titan Wrestling Team collected a new plaque for the Wall of Fame as the 2026 Kansas State High School Activities Association Class 4A Regional C Runner-up. Eleven Titans earned 166 team points to place second behind their host and regional champion, Saturday in Paola.
