A one-vehicle accident occurred December 27 at approximately 1:32 p.m. A 2002 Ford Explorer driven by Kylee O. Logan, 17, Coffeyville, was traveling east on Southeast Old 96 Highway near Southeast 118th Street.
The passenger side tires dropped off the roadway. Logan overcorrected and the vehicle overturned. She was not wearing a seatbelt.
