James Alan Canady, 39, was arrested Tuesday by Galena Police officers on charges of possess opiates, opium, narcotic drug or certain stimulant, use or possess drug paraphernalia for use in the human body and violation of protection order; protect from abuse and is being held in lieu of $8,000 bail.
