A special event is coming to Oswego. The first ever car cruise-in and art festival is happening Saturday in the downtown area.
Automobiles, bikes and trucks are welcome to cruise down to 4 th and Commercial. One hundred commemorative dash plaques will be given to cruise participants.
In addition there will be art vendors, face painting and more.
