Michael Lee Ray Herndon, 28, was arrested Monday by Chetopa Police officers on charges of driving while suspended and vehicle liability insurance required and is being held in lieu of $650 bail.
Roy Newton Turner, 35, was admitted to the Labette County Law Enforcement Center Saturday to serve 24 hours.
