The Columbus Public Library will be open to the public, with a five person limit. Mondays 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Tuesdays 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Wednesday 9 a.m-6 p.m. Thursdays 9 a.m.-6 a.m. Fridays 9 a.m.- 6 p.m. Saturdays 10 a.m.-noon. Curbside service will be available upon request.

Fred Heistand, of Heistand Backhoe Trenching and Hauling, used his trackhoe to demolish an old apartment house on the corner of Sycamore and Indiana in Columbus. The lot is owned by John and Leah Brassart of Brassart Construction. They plan to construct two smaller homes on the site.
