It takes many volunteers to put on the Columbus Day Festival and Hot Air Balloon Regatta. These are two separate events but are held the same weekend so the many visitors and residents will have something to keep them busy. How does it get planned, but together? The committee starts working on these two large festivals by January and meets the last Thursday of each month through September....
