Lonnie Stansberry presented ore samples from Galena to Ted Hauser, Galena city manager. The rocks included a piece of flint rock with lead (Galena ore) shining in it and a piece of jack (zinc), both of which came from the shaft discovered this summer inside the old Robeson Building which Lonnie uses for a workshop at First and Joplin Streets.
