Special speakers attended the Cherokee County Democratic Party opened their June meeting.
The Pledge of Allegiance was said and the meeting was called to order by chairperson Janie Jarrett. Prior to the meeting, the group heard from candidates John Beitzinger (County Commission candidate for District 1), Jason Hart and Kevin Latz (candidates for US Senate) about their platforms and ideas.
