At approximately 2:30 p.m. Thursday, June 30, law enforcement officers with the Baxter Springs Police Department and deputies from the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant at a residence located at 2400 Lincoln Ave, in Baxter Springs. The warrant was the result of a months’ long investigation into the distribution and possession of methamphetamine.
