A 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe has been purchased by the City of Columbus for use in the police department.
Chief of Police Jason Daniels told the Columbus City Council his. Department was able to buy the vehicle with just over 40,000 miles for $22,100 from the Kansas Highway Patrol.
It will not have much of the equipment needed however, he said that would not be a problem.
