Bill Tatum, 87, Palestine, Texas, and formerly of Chetopa, died peacefully January 18, 2024, in Tyler, Texas.
Born March 11, 1936, in Nowata County, Oklahoma, Bill was the son of William Clayton and Mamie Viola Tatum. Bill grew up in a large family with two brothers and three sisters.
