After a jury trial in November, Jeremy Shrout, 40, Baxter Springs was found guilty of three counts of rape and one count of aggravated indecent liberties with a child committed between 2019 and 2021.
Shrout was sentenced in Cherokee County District Court Wednesday to 50 years of imprisonment.
