Judith Anne (Arnall) Gregory, 73, Stillwell, Okla., died January 21, 2024.
Born in Tahlequah, Okla., November 3, 1950, Judith was the daughter of Page and Lenora Arnall. She grew up in Stilwell, Okla., and lived there most of her life. She started work at Stilwell Utilities in 1980 and retired after serving the public for 36 years.
