Joe Gail Barker, 90, Monkey Island, Okla. died Sunday, May 5, 2024 at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Okla.Born January 29, 1934 in Miami, Oklahoma. Joe was the son of Guy and Edna (Reynolds) Barker. He had lived on Grand Lake since 1998, moving from Commerce, Oklahoma. He had also lived in Topeka, Columbus, and Riverton.
