With the Fourth of July holiday nearing, the city councils have set the date’s for selling, buying and exploding fireworks in the various cities.In Baxter Springs, the City Council recently passed a resolution allowing the sale of fireworks from June 20 through July 9. The fireworks may be discharged July 1, 2 and 7 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and July 3 through July 6 from 8 a.m. to midnight....
