William “Bill” Edward Roten, 87, Parsons, died Thursday, July 18, 2024 at Elm Haven Nursing Home in Parsons.Born April 29, 1937 in Columbus, Bill was the son of Ralph Lee Roten and Bessie Pauline (Holley) Roten.
