The Scarecrow contest which is presented in the downtown area by local merchants had 15 entries this year and the judges thought several were excellent. The winner was the Glittering Stones 4-H Club which was in front of the Clock Tower. Working on the scarecrow were AmoryNeely and Faith Fryer....
