Earl Dean Kibel, 82, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on November 5, 2024, in Joplin, Missouri. He Born December 23, 1941, Earl was the so of Fred and Ida Kibel.
Earl was a loving husband to Judy Kibel, whom he married in 1961. Together they had one child, Stoney Kibel.
Earl was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Elton Kibel and Eugene Kibel; granddaughter, Kaitlyn Kibel and great-grandson Jordan Kibel.
Additional survivors include two brothers, Ernie Kibel and Ed Kibel (Joan). Earl was a dedicated father and grandfather to four grandchildren and five great grandchildren, always enjoying spending time with his family.
Earl served his country in the Army as a helicopter mechanic, demonstrating his commitment to duty and honor. In his free time, Earl enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing with his grandkids and good-naturedly harassing his beloved wife.
Earl Kibel will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, November 8 at Derfelt’s Baxter Chapel. Pastor Paul Case will officiate Burial will follow in the Baxter Springs Cemetery.
