Just a few days after the Register of Deeds filed the sale of the property at 135 Parmenter Avenue, Columbus fire fighters were dispatched to the address where they found the home fully engulfed in flames.
At approximately 3:12 a.m. the morning of March 18, despite noble efforts, on the part of the firefighters, the two-story house burned to the ground, a total loss.
