Aleta Jean Sanders, 77, Galena, died at 5:18 a.m., Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at her home following an illness.
Born March 12, 1948 in Joplin, Missouri, Aleta was the daughter of Clinton LeRoy and Barbara Jean (Armer) Wade. She was a lifetime resident of Galena.
She attended Galena Schools. She worked in data collection for area hospitals for 35 years. She last worked for Mercy Hospital, retiring iā¦
