Baxter Springs golf qualifies for state

    The Baxter Springs High School Golf Team hosted the Kansas Class 3A Regional, Monday, and came away with their ticket punched for the state tournament, Tuesday and Wednesday in Topeka at the Lake Shawnee Golf Course.The combined fourman total of 324 was led by junior, Riley Daniel, who shot a 77 in a three-way tie for fourth place, the highest placing CNC League golfer.
