Workmen were finishing the work on the water tower in Columbus City Park. The iconic ships have been replaced with the city’s official logo. The decision for the change was made at the April 6 Columbus City Council meeting.
Much to the jubilation of many city water customers, the City of Columbus has finished the rehabilitation of their water tower.
The project, which is part of a ten-year service and maintenance agreement, started in April, and has included a complete refurbishing of the tower. During that time many residents have seen a decrease in water pressure.
