James (Andy) Randall, 82, Baxter Springs, died home Saturday, July 11, 2026 surrounded and cared for by his family.
Born August 16, 1943 in Miami, Okla., James was the son of James Riley Randall and Erva (Stinson) Randall.
He graduated from Quapaw, Okla. High School with the Class of 1962.
