Kameron Williamson was just one out away from pitching a complete game for the Baxter Springs Baseball Team. Williamson pitched 8.75 innings with 11 strikeouts, two runs on six hits and only one walk.
It was the second sweep of the week for Baxter Baseball, the host Lions, beat the CNC League, Girard Trojans, 3-2 and 8-3. However these wins did not come easy for the Lions.
