A former county employee was arrested Thursday afternoon after an intensive investigation by Columbus Police officers and agents with the Kansas Bureau of Investigation.
John Edward Clark, 70, has been charged with three counts of rape, aggravated indecent liberties with a child and aggravated criminal sodomy. All of the charges involve a victim under the age of 14.
