Cherokee County 4-H had named their member of the month for September.
Zoie Elmore is 15 years old and a member of the Spring Valley Sparklers.
Elmore is currently the club president.
At the fair, she has shown horses, breeding beef, swine, goats, chickens and waterfowl. She has entered arts and crafts, foods and nutrition and says her favorite area is buymanship....
