David Wayne Ripple, 53, was arrested Monday by Cherokee County Sheriff’s Deputies on charges of possess opiates, opium, narcotic drug or certain stimulant, use or possess drug paraphernalia for use in the human body, driving while suspended and criminal carrying of a weapon; bludgeon knuckles and is being held in lieu of $9,000 bail.
