After a four year, arduous legal process, one family has a chance for closure after losing a family member. The Cherokee County District Court convened Monday for the sentencing of Harvey Raymond Ortberg.
District Judge Robert Fleming presided over the session. Nathan Coleman served as the prosecuting attorney and C. Y. Meek served as Ortberg’s defense attorney.
