Nearly five years after the incident, Brian Waterman was found guilty Thursday by a Cherokee County jury. The guilty on all counts verdict was issued by the eight man and six woman jury after hearing three days of evidence and witnesses. Waterman was found guilty on charges of attempted murder, aggravated kidnapping and aggravated burglary.
