Work is set to begin on a frequently driven bridge over Brush Creek on Southeast Wyandotte Road in the future. As part of the Monday morning Cherokee County Commissioners Meeting, Road and Bridge Supervisor Cody Zook addressed the board with an update on the structure.
The bridge which is the main artery to the Columbus cemeteries has been in failing condition for several years.
