Vets paver orders are being taken

  • After another vehicle swerved to miss dog, 21 year -old Kellyn Delaney Lipasek of Baxter Springs, who was traveling north in a 2020 Hyundai, made an evasive maneuver to avoid that vehicle and struck the railing of a sidewalk bridge.
