Nason Drew Putnam, 24, was arrested Saturday by Cherokee County Sheriff’s Deputies on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, possess opiates, opium, narcotic drug or certain stimulant, vehicle liability insurance required and use or possess drug paraphernalia for use in the human body and is being held in lieu of $8,000 bail.
