Concern was expressed by several Columbus City Council members and the mayor, that the major water line break on Friday, May 20 may have been made worse by inattention. The break emptied the 250,000 gallon Sphere Tank located in the City Park and left the residents without potable water for five days.
The boil order issued Friday was rescinded just before noon on May 24..
