Richard Warren Curtis, 97, longtime Parsons resident, died September 14, 2024, at the St. Paul Prairie Mission Retirement Village.
Born October 27, 1927, in West Mineral, in a house owned by his grandparents, Richard was the son of Cecil Curtis and Ruth Trudgeon Curtis.
