Members of the Riverton Ram Kansas Class 3A Sub-State Champion Basketball Team headed to Hutchinson, Tuesday, for the Kansas Class 3A State Tournament and their quarterfinal match-up with third seeded, Goodland (20-3). Riverton lost their opening round contest, 46-68, Wednesday, in Hutchinson. This was the Rams first trip back to the 3A State Tourney since their 2015 appearance when the eighth ranked Riverton Squad lost to the number one seed, Sabetha, 46-50, in the quarterfinal game.
