Eighteen runs scored and none were allowed by the Columbus Lady Titans in their double header sweep of Cherryvale, April 6, at the Community Field Ball Park. Mady Garcia comes home for a run and Graci Major stands on a familiar, second, base as she hit four doubles on the night, three in game two in which she also pitched a no-hitter, striking out 14 of the 15 batters she faced.
The Columbus Lady Titans added two more wins to their belt, April 6, with a pair of shutouts over the Cherryvale Lady Chargers, 8-0 and 10-0, in Columbus.
The Lady Titans started strong in the first game with four of the first five batters crossing home plate to score.
