Lady Titan Senior, Aubree Saporito, was the starting pitcher in the Kansas Class 3A State Quarterfinal loss to Rossville, 7-19. Aubree had 12 wins and two losses with an Earned Run Average of 2.183 through 14 games. She allowed 29 runs on 53 hits with 95 strikeouts and 15 walks. Saporito has signed to continue her career on the diamond at Crowder College this fall.
Graci Major, Lady Titan Junior, pitched five innings in relief in the 7-19, loss against Rossville at the Kansas Class 3A State Quarterfinal game, Thursday evening, at Twin Oaks Complex in Manhattan. Graci started eight games pitching 6.1 innings and earned nine wins with an Earned Run Average of .739, allowing 16 runs on 30 hits with 127 strikeouts and six walks. She had two saves in two opportunities.
