Lady Titan Wrestlers heading to the Kansas Class 4-1A Girls Wrestling State Tournament enjoyed a send off parade for both the girls and boys teams. Senior, Katie Simpson, junior, Emily Britt, freshman, Hannah Noel, senior, Madelyn Garcia, and senior, Brooklyn Lima, were driven to Salina by Titan Head Wrestling Coach, Marcus Bowman. The tournament will take place Thursday through Friday at the Tony’s Pizza Event Center.
Lady Titan Seniors, Brooklyn Lima and Madelyn Garcia wrestled their way to the semi-final round of the Kansas Class 4-1A Girls State Wrestling Tournament, yesterday, in Salina.
Brooklyn (140) and Madelyn (145) both won their first two matches of the tourney and will vie for a spot in the championship match of their respective weight classes.
