Study Texts: Mark 9:30-37
Has anyone ever known a child who did not ask questions? It is hard for me to imagine a child who doesn‘t ask questions.
I guess that’s why this sentence in our Gospel for today pops out: “ they were afraid to ask Him.” Mark even prefaces that statement by writing: “ But they did not understand the saying.”
Hmmm. They didn’t understand…
