Titan Senior, Rece Ponce, went up for two points over his Baxter Springs opponent, in the 38-60, Titan loss to the Lions, Friday, at the Columbus Unified High School Gymnasium.
The Baxter Springs Lions crept into Columbus and snagged a win from the Columbus Titans, Friday, 60-38.
A buzzer beater at the end of the first quarter by sophomore, Caleb Grant set the tone for the remainder of the game for the visiting Baxter Springs Lions. The shot tied the game, 10-10 after Columbus had built a 7-10 lead with less than 30 seconds on the clock.
