Columbus Junior High Lady Titans competed in their first meet of the season at the Girard Invitational Cross Country Meet, September 11, at the Greenbush course. The Columbus Junior High School Cross Country Team opened their season at the Girard Invitational at the Greenbush course. All runners finished in the top 15 with six in the top 10.
The Lady Titan Eighth Grade Team had four competitors led by Sammi Ohmart and her second place finish in the two-mile race with a time of 13:33.10 minutes.
