Joseph Duane “Joe” Livingston, 39, Baxter Springs, died unexpectedly on July 11, 2026, at Mercy Hospital in Pittsburg. Ironically, and perhaps fittingly, Joe entered this world and left it on the same date, having been born July 11, 1987, at Freeman Hospital in Joplin, Missouri, to Russell Lee Livingston and Shannon Rana Snyder.
