Marcelina King, 96, Baxter Springs, died peacefully in her sleep Saturday August 1, 2026 at her farm in Baxter Springs.
Born June 1, 1930 in Dearborn, Mo., Marcelina was the daughter of Alvino and Guadalupe Perez. She was raised in Dearborn and the Kansas City, Mo. area. She eventually found her way to Baxter Springs, to her farm, which made her so happy. A place where once it became hers, she woul…
