The Columbus Cal Ripken 12U All-Stars hosted the 2023 State Tournament, Friday through Sunday at the Community Field Ballpark. In Game 1, Friday, Frontenac got the best of the home team, 8-2. Columbus MVP for the game was Isaiah Williams. Kash Spear received the WOW Award.
The Columbus Cal Ripken 12U All-Stars were eliminated from the championship bracket of the 2023 Kansas State Tournament in a hard fought, 5-3, loss to eventual state champion, Frontenac, on Volunteer Field, Sunday morning. Kannon Roberts earned the WOW Award and Isaiah Williams was named the MVP in the Game 7 contest.
Blaze Bowman was named the MVP and Cord Saporito received the WOW Award for the Columbus Cal Ripken 12U All-Stars in the 2023 State Tournament Game 3 match-up with Cottonwood Valley at the Community Field Ballpark, Saturday. The visitors edged the local team, 5-3, in the pool game.
